Why use CDI Care?
Book visits online, receive reminder notifications before appointments.
Manage mobile reports, you can download them and send them directly to your doctor. You are always up to date, receive notifications, communications and personalized information.
How does CDI Care work?
Access: download the application and log in with your credentials. If you are a new user, you can register via the application. If you wish to access all CDI services, request activation at our offices.
Reservations: in the online booking section you can select the available seat, the doctor and the type of visit, you can view active reservations and cancel them. A few days after the visit you will receive notifications with the appointment reminder and the documentation to present.
Reports: You can download published reports within 45 days and send them to the treating physician.
Request publication of older reports.
Invoices: download your invoices directly to the phone
Information: Inside the app you can read CDI news, service announcements and location information.
