- EVE Galaxy Conquest will launch for iOS and Android on October 29th
- CCP Games released a cinematic trailer to commemorate the occasion
- Pre-registration rewards are up for grabs, with more goodies available for one million sign ups
CCP Games has announced that EVE Galaxy Conquest, a mobile 4x strategy take on the popular series, will release globally for iOS and Android on October 29th. But that’s not all. Alongside the launch announcement, they also announced the goodies you can snag by pre-registering and unveiled a snazzy new cinematic trailer.
You can check that out below, and while it might not show off gameplay per se, who doesn’t love a fancy space video? It depicts a pirate assault that saw the great Empires fall as well as the activation of the Valhalla system, which resurrected heroic Commanders. Not being overly familiar with EVE, I don’t know what any of that means, but it certainly sounds dramatic.
It’s up to you to push back against these threats and reclaim New Eden. Before jetting off into space, though, you must choose an Empire, which influences the ships that can become part of your fleet. From there, you can either team up with other players or go it alone. Of course, working with others is probably the most beneficial approach. It’s a big old universe, after all, so having a few friends can’t hurt.
As for those rewards for pre-registering I mentioned, what you get depends on how many people pre-order ahead of launch. Well, almost, anyway. There is one exception based on social followers for some reason. Anyway, here are the goodies available for the various milestones:
- 600K – 5 Encoded Tickets
- 800K – Nova Kredits x288
- 1 million – The formidable Vexor Ship
- 100k Social Followers – Legendary Commander Santimona
Eve Galaxy Conquest will launch on the App Store and Google Play on October 29th as a free-to-play game with in-app purchases. You can pre-register ahead of release by clicking the button for your preferred platform below.
Need something to play while you wait? You’re in luck, we have a list of excellent strategy games for Android
