LivRewards

LivRewards is a powerful tool, designed exclusively for Livguard partners (resellers) to quickly benefit from the product program and rewards and streamline the connection processes with the organization. The advanced, single-app companion provides seamless support from start to finish of your sales engagement.

Some of the tasks you can easily accomplish with this app:

– Registration/Onboarding: Dealer will enter basic details like BAT Code, Dealer Name, Username, Password, Address, Phone Number, Contact Name, Number contact. Verification will be done via SMS OTP. The BAT code and the dealer's telephone number will be checked in the database.

– Login + Forgotten password: The dealer can log in to the application. The dealer can also change the password from here by entering secure information.

– Profile: Dealer can view their profile, change their password and log out from here.

– Purchase: It will have three subsections

A. Purchase Registration – After making a product purchase from the distributor, the dealer can scan the QRCode/BarCode of the product. This will be checked against the database for multiple entries etc. If it is valid, the purchase will be added and the reseller will get loyalty points.

B. Purchase History – All purchases made by the reseller can be viewed here.

C. Warranty Registration – Dealership will scan the barcode/QR code, enter customer's basic information (name, vehicle number, phone) with a photo of the warranty card. This will be downloaded and stored in the database. The customer will also receive an SMS from it.

– Loyalty points: The dealer can view a detailed history of loyalty points earned.
