My docomo – Check APP communication fees and amount
[Docomo official app] Discover an app that allows you to easily check your data usage, fees and D points! You can also check the communication volume before the speed drops.
This is the official Docomo app that allows you to easily check information such as Docomo usage amount, data communication amount, d points, etc.
It can be used to check your daily data traffic as it displays the amount of communication used in the current month and the amount of communication until the speed decreases.
Main features:
○Confirm usage status and contract plan
・Amount of use
・Total amount of data communication for 3 days/total for 1 month
・Total data communication amount for the current month's packet pack
・Amount of data communication remaining before speed reduction
*The display includes the amount of data communication such as speed mode and additional 1GB option.

・Customer contract plan, etc.
*Some displays may differ depending on customer contract status.
○Other functions
・View frequently asked questions and support information in case of problems.
– Convenient login feature eliminates the need to enter account every time
・Supports multiple accounts (up to 20 accounts)
・Display usage amount up to 12 months including current month
・Notify you when the available data communication volume for the month is low.
・Link to data traffic add option and data traffic confirmation site
・Display communication fees and amounts with a widget
・Automatic update of data communication fees and amount
*Data communication charges and amount are obtained automatically in the background.
・Password lock prevents unauthorized use by third parties
■Compatible models
Docomo smartphones and tablets with Android OS 8.0 to 14.0
*We plan to gradually support Docomo smartphones and tablets that will be released in the future.
*The following devices are not supported.
Excludes Rakuraku smartphone series (models released before January 2017), Junior series smartphones and business smartphones.
*It is possible to use the app for Karakuraku smartphone devices released after February 2017.
However, some functions unique to Rakuraku smartphones, such as the voice reading function and the Rakuraku Touch function, are not supported.

– Packet communication charges will apply when using the application, so we recommend that you subscribe to a flat-rate packet communication service.
・Customers with an enterprise contract cannot use the My docomo app. Please use the My docomo website from the URL below.
