Pokemon Go is bringing back the Psychic Spectacular event as part of the new Max Out season

It’s been a week since Niantic released Pokémon Go’s sixteenth season, Max Out, featuring the highly anticipated Dynamax feature. Now you can boost your Pokémon’s attributes, making them even stronger. Besides that, the new season also brings with it a tonne of new events to participate in, with one kicking off soon. Get ready for the Psychic Spectacular event as loads of Psychic-type Pokémon return to the AR game.

The Psychic Spectacular event in Pokémon Go will be held between September 18th and 22nd, giving you plenty of time to catch all those themed Pokémon. Expect to find creatures like Ralts, Spoink, Gothila, Solosis, Inkay, Morelull, and more at a higher rate in the wild. If you look hard enough, maybe you’ll find a few Shiny variants lurking about as well.

No such event is complete without a debut, and Psychic Spectacular will see the addition of Hatenna to Pokémon Go. The Calm Pokémon and its evolutions will all be available in the game, and you can gather 25 Candy to evolve Hatenna into Hattrem and 100 more to finally evolve it into Hatterene. And if that wasn’t enough, then Beldum will make its Dyanmax debut in three-star Max Battles.

Besides this, you can participate in a bunch of other missions such as Field Research Tasks, Collection Challenges, and a paid Timed Research, which offer rewards such as encounters with themed Pokémon, Stardust, Incubators, and Star Pieces.
