DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS:

At the pharmacy

In this section of the application we offer a list of unselected recipes. You just need to present the prescription from your mobile phone to the pharmacy, the pharmacist will scan the barcode from the screen and dispense the medicine. If there are cheaper medicines containing the same active ingredient as your prescribed medicine, we will show you in this section, as well as information on possible savings on the co-payment and drug interactions.

In my neighborhood

In the Near Me section, you have an overview of doctors, pharmacies and emergency services when you need them and depending on your current location. You can search for a doctor by expertise, distance or whether the provider is our contractual partner.

Comments

Push notifications will remind you of your right to preventive check-ups, information about the prescribed prescription, drug interactions, the possibility of evaluating the doctor's visit, as well as information about the processing of a request for care.

Insurance card

In the application you have your insurance card and at the same time the cards of your children or persons in your care. This also applies to the European Identity Card (EHIC). We also inform you about the right to health care.

Add a child

Want to have an overview of your child? Add your child via the mobile app and get an overview of the medical procedures or medications he or she is currently taking. And you will always have your card at hand.

My health

You can consult your health card, the card of your children or the people in your care.

Connect to the eBranch

The VšZP application will help you to securely log in to the eBranch. Log in to www.epobocka.com using your login and password and confirm access in the VšZP mobile application.

SOS First Aid Card

As part of the SOS card, basic health data, important in case of first aid, are displayed even on a locked phone. The SOS card also includes the ability to call emergency medical services on line 155, and thanks to geolocation, it will be possible to determine your exact location.

In this section you have the opportunity to contact our call center from Slovakia and EU countries, you can also write to us or visit us in one of the branches indicated in the list.

Settings

In the settings, you can change your PIN code, add/edit your photo and your children's photos. At the same time, you have the ability to enable/disable notifications sent and log in using biometrics.

Security

Mobile communication is secured by an access PIN code, thanks to which the data is protected.

Health portfolio

A service through which it is possible to benefit from the advantages provided by VšZP, create a group, add members to the group and submit a request for reimbursement of expenses in accordance with the terms of use of the product.

Payment

If you are a SZČO or self-payer, you can get information about the status of your balance account in the Insurance section. At the same time, you will be able to pay insurance premiums or annual settlement arrears.
